1. Who we are
MyRepDay is a product of Stacksy Pty Ltd (ABN 19 691 241 291), an Australian software company trading as Stacksy, with a registered address at Hamersley, WA 6022. References to "we," "our," or "us" mean Stacksy Pty Ltd.
2. Scope
This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through myrepday.com (the marketing site) and app.myrepday.com (the product). It is aligned with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
3. What we collect
- Account data — names, work email addresses, hashed passwords, organisation details, role, and 2FA settings for users who sign up to MyRepDay.
- Customer data — the customer records, call logs, classifications, and notes that MyRepDay users enter into the product. This data belongs to the customer organisation, not us.
- Usage data — page views, feature interactions, error logs, and IP addresses, captured for product analytics, security and reliability.
- Marketing-site data — anonymous analytics and any contact-form submissions you send us.
4. How we use it
- To provide the MyRepDay service.
- To bill subscriptions and manage payments.
- To respond to support, sales and security enquiries.
- To improve product reliability and performance.
- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
5. Who we share with (subprocessors)
We use a small number of trusted providers to run the service. We share only what's needed for each provider's role, and bind them to confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
- Stripe — payment processing and invoicing.
- Hostinger — application and website hosting, including transactional email delivery.
If we add new subprocessors in the future, we will update this list and notify account holders by email before any new provider begins handling personal data.
6. Data retention
Account and customer data are retained for the life of your subscription. After cancellation we retain data for 90 days to allow account recovery, then permanently delete it. Contact-form submissions are retained for up to 24 months and then deleted.
7. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. Email hello@myrepday.com with your request and we'll respond within 30 days.
8. Security
We use HTTPS/TLS for all traffic, two-factor authentication, role-based access controls, and the security practices described on our Security page. No system is perfectly secure, but we apply industry-standard controls and review them regularly.
9. Cookies
We use only strictly-necessary cookies — for example, the session cookie that keeps you signed in to the app. We do not currently use third-party analytics or tracking cookies on this site. If that changes, we'll update this policy and add a consent banner before any non-essential cookies are set.
10. International transfers
Some of our subprocessors store data outside Australia. Where this happens, we choose providers that contractually commit to comparable privacy protections.
11. Complaints
If you have a privacy complaint, contact us first at hello@myrepday.com. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to account holders.
