What happens after the 14-day trial?
You'll be invited to add a payment method. If you don't, your account simply pauses — no charges, no surprises.
Is there a per-organisation fee?
No. You only pay for the reps using the app. Managers and admins who don't log calls aren't billed.
Can I add or remove reps mid-month?
Yes. Billing is prorated — add a rep on the 15th, you pay half.
Do you offer annual pricing or volume discounts?
